What counts as a driver?
Anyone who can be assigned to calls, whatever their role. A manager who covers shifts counts. A dispatcher or admin who never takes a call is free, and you can turn assignment off for them.
What if we cross a tier mid-month?
You move up at the start of the next cycle, prorated. Seasonal crews coming off the roster move you back down.
Do we need new GPS hardware?
No. MortDispatch reads positions from the tracking provider you already pay for. If you run none, driver phones are enough.
Can we get our data out?
Calls, timestamps, mileage and audit entries export to CSV on every plan. Fleet adds scheduled exports.
How long is setup?
Facilities, crews and roles in an afternoon. Most companies run their first live shift the same week.
Is there a contract?
Monthly, cancel whenever. Annual billing takes two months off the year if you want it.
